Our lives are often spent looking for bridges, those passages made of steel or sturdy oak which rise under our feet, strengthening us to walk forward toward the person we are ‘meant’ to be. The world often tells us that there is an ultimate destination we are expected to reach in our lives - a pathway to happiness and success, or a place called ‘healed’ in which we suddenly find ourselves freed from experiences of hardship and pain.  Often, if feels that we are expected to find and navigate these paths alone, without guidance, reflection or support. Often it feels that there is a ‘right way’ to do it and, should we not follow that way, we may feel further isolated, inadequate or alone.

But what if the tools of our liberation, joy and tranformation were ones that we already carried inside of us? What if they had been passed down to us through the ones we love, across generations, or obtained from the work it took to navigate the tremendous hardships we have faced? What if we were given the space to be the experts of our own bodyminds, and empowered to be the architects of our own healing?

My work and my passion is to walk alongside you as you build those bridges that will move you through life, helping you to discover and acquaint yourself with the tools that you already carry, and to envision and move toward those that you hope to obtain. There can be tremendous relief in having a witness – an attentive, warm, compassionate, attuned presence whose sole purpose is to offer their skill, and to hold belief in your brilliance when you can no longer see it. My role is to be that witness.
